Presenting like new, this beautiful Hanse 350 3 Cabin version offers luxury, comfort and performance in an easy to sail package. With a deep draft (1.82 mt) keel with torpedo bulb and option to use the Self Tacking Headsail or overlapping Genoa, “Karisma” has a good turn of speed, in fact on a recent outing she clocked 7.3 knts in 9.9 knts Apparent!
Three good sized double cabins each with good storage and a large comfortable saloon fitted out in warm cherry timber with contrasting oatmeal upholstery makes for light, airy and inviting accommodation. The galley to starboard is well kitted out with a deep top load fridge, double s/s sink with hot and cold water, plenty of storage and a gimballed stove / oven. A two-way head is located on the forward port side and has a standing height shower with hot and cold water, vanity and toilet with holding tank.
The Nav station is fitted out with sound system and VHF and there is a flat screen TV with Antenna tuner and built in DVD for entertainment in the saloon. Up in the cockpit the navigation electronics include a pedestal mounted Raymarine C80 plotter with brand new Navionics All of Australia card, Raymarine Autopilot and Simrad IS20 Wind, Speed & Depth instruments which are repeated both sides of the helm.
Short handed sailing is simplified with a self tacking headsail on a furler and main in lazyjacks and bag. For those seeking even more performance, the mast is fitted with spinnaker halyard, blocks and pole. The cockpit is very spacious for a 35’ and has excellent vision forward through the dodger and there is a full width bimini overhead for sun and rain protection. Zip in shades are tucked away in storage and the canvas has all been freshly re-stitched, re-edged and waterproof treated. The teak inserts on the seating is in excellent condition and there is a fold away table mounted on the pedestal for relaxed dining. “Karisma” has good access through the transom where the Zodiac is mounted on custom made and removable snap davits and the stern rail carries the outboard and a throw bag.
The 29 HP Yanmar has low engine hours and has been regularly maintained by the Marine Engineer owner using only original parts such as filters etc. The standing rigging is just 6 months old with all receipts available and she has just been anti-fouled, had new anodes and the folding prop has been treated with fresh Propspeed.
This is an immaculately kept vessel and a real credit to her owner, ready to simply step aboard and sail away. She presents as well as the photos show so inspection will not disappoint. Get in quick or miss out.
